WINEMAKING: delicate stripping of the grapes, fermentation on the skins for 10 days. A delicate pressing is carried out in order to separate the must from the grapes' skin. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and it is followed by a refinement of 6 months. Then, after many decantings, the wine is bottled. The aging process is complete after 2 months in the bottles.
